The goal of this design was to stand out whilst blending in. 

This transitional home features a reclaimed red brick façade, accented by a natural stone skirting. These materials were appropriate given the surrounding buildings—some of which

date back to more than 80 years. However, the façade has been modernized by the addition of a mansard roof, charcoal accents and sleek black windows. The resulting design walks the line between historic century home and contemporary living.
