Description: Modern mansard. 

Limited by maximum eave heights, the solution here was to utilize a mansard roof in order to provide the much-needed third floor living space. While mansard roofs are traditionally linked to Victorian homes, the addition of curtain wall glazing and flat-panel wood accents helped to modernize the exterior façade. The interior features 4 bedrooms, split-level living, and a basement income unit.
